Terms and Conditions for JazzEdge Effective Date: March 20, 2025
- Refund Policy JazzEdge offers a limited 30-day satisfaction guarantee for new customers only. If you’re not completely satisfied with your initial purchase, you must explicitly request a refund within the first 30 days by contacting support@jazzedge.com. Refunds are NOT automatic upon cancellation and will only be processed after we receive your written refund request. IMPORTANT: NO REFUNDS are provided for any subscription renewal payments or payments made after the initial 30-day period. By continuing your subscription beyond the first 30 days, you acknowledge and agree that all subsequent payments are final and non-refundable. Your satisfaction is important to us, which is why we encourage all members to thoroughly evaluate our services during the initial 30-day period.
- Subscription Terms Your JazzEdge membership is a recurring subscription that will automatically renew at the rate specified at signup. After your 7-day free trial period, your payment method will be automatically charged. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard to prevent future charges, but cancellation alone does not constitute a refund request. No refunds will be issued for renewal payments already processed.
- Usage Rights JazzEdge content is for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing access to your account or any materials is strictly prohibited.
- J.Ai Usage Your membership includes 250,000 J.Ai tokens per month. These tokens reset monthly and unused tokens do not roll over. Token usage is tracked in your account dashboard.
- Intellectual Property All content, including videos, sheet music, J.Ai interactions, website code and related materials, is the property of JazzEdge and protected under copyright law. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
- Account Responsibility You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify JazzEdge immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Limitation of Liability JazzEdge services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our platform or services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
- Platform Availability While we strive to maintain continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the JazzEdge platform. Temporary interruptions in service may occur for maintenance or other reasons.
- Privacy Policy Your use of JazzEdge is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
- Jurisdiction These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island (RI). Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Rhode Island.
By purchasing a JazzEdge membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, including that refunds must be explicitly requested in writing within the first 30 days and our strict no-refund policy for subscription renewals.
